THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP AND SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOLS JUANG CITY BIREUEN REGENCY

The study was conducted on teachers of state high schools in Juang City District Bireuen Regency, with the aim being to determine effect; 1). organizational culture towards commitment teachers, 2) leadership school principal teacher organizations, 3). environment and 4). culture, principal's teacher's commitment. This research is form a quantitative survey 118 civil servant District, by collecting data through questionnaire. And analysis method path approach. results showed that it proven; influence factors commitment, at 10.12 percent. 2). 30.17 percent Principal's Leadership Organizational Commitment, School Environment 2.92 percent, Through coefficient determination explains contribution Culture, Principal Leadership, Commitment organizations 43.2 While rest role variables not examined 34.8% which were assumed be such as compensation, climate, work facilities, Education Training, etc
